- What is the Client Incentive Program (CIP)?
- The CIP is a sweepstakes running from 10/1/22 through 12/31/22 in an effort to incentivize clients to complete the Client Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT surveys) they receive when submitting support tickets for issues they have when using BlockFi’s website or mobile app.

- Alternatively, a client may choose to enter into the sweepstakes by submitting an Alternate Means of Entry (AMOE) by clicking here and filling out the online form. To be considered eligible in the Sweepstakes, fully complete AMOE entries must be received within the Entry Period. An AMOE form may only be completed once by an entrant.

- Why was the Client Incentive Program (CIP) created?
- In an effort to enhance our client’s experience by obtaining feedback on their interactions with our products/policies, the CIP was created. We greatly value feedback from our clients and utilize the feedback from the Client Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT survey) to provide granular data to our Product and Design teams to scope out improvements to our User Experience.
- What are the entry periods for the Client Incentive Program (CIP)?
- October 1, 2022 - October 31, 2022
- November 1, 2022 - November 30, 2022
- December 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022
- Who is eligible to participate?
- Only US-based persons are eligible to participate due to the inherent cost-related limitations in shipping the prize outside of the United States.
- Only US-based persons who complete a CSAT survey, or submit an AMOE, will be entered into the sweepstakes.
- Only US-based persons who are 18 years of age or older, and live in a state/region where this sweepstakes is not prohibited by law.
- What makes a support ticket eligible?
- Eligibility is determined by BlockFi at our sole discretion. Generally if a client submits a support ticket to BlockFi via our Contact Us page for a legitimate issue or question, that ticket will be deemed eligible. Accidental or intentional duplicate tickets or spam-attempts will not be considered.
- What are the prizes?
- Three clients will be chosen by BlockFi, per month, to receive a pair of “SockFi” BlockFi socks each. For more details please refer to the official rules.
- How are the winners determined?
- Winners will be chosen at random and contacted by BlockFi via email (though this is subject to change at our discretion), the email or call will be sent from support@blockfi.zendesk.com - you may verify that this is a legitimate BlockFi email by referencing this help center article.
- Winners must claim their Prize within one (1) week after the date of notification/email. A Sweepstakes winner's failure to respond to the Prize notification/email within one (1) week, will be considered forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries.
