How do I link a bank account for credit card payments?

Follow the steps below to link a bank account for the purpose of making credit card payments.

1. Begin by signing into your BlockFi Account on the web version.
2. Navigate to "Accounts" > "Credit Card."
3. On the left-hand side, navigate to "Payments" > "Manage Bank Accounts."
4. Click "Add New Bank Account" and enter the requested details.
5. Click "Save."

Note: This does not involve the use of Plaid. Accounts are linked manually via the inputting of your account number and routing number.

Bank Account Pending Validation:

Most bank accounts link instantly, although some may be in a pending validation status for a few days. In this case, our partner Deserve will send a validation request to your bank & await your bank's reply. This process takes about 3-5 business days but can vary by bank. You will still be able to schedule payments with your bank in a pending validation status. We recommend you contact your bank to verify your are attempting to link your account, which may expedite the process.
