Each time you place a withdrawal request, BlockFi will send a 6-digit verification code to the email address associated with your BlockFi account. If you are unable to find the email with your 6-digit code, please see these troubleshooting steps below:
- Refresh your inbox and clear your browser’s cache if needed.
- Search all the folders in your inbox, especially the Spam/Junk and Trash folders.
- Use your inbox’s ‘Search’ feature to look up “support@blockfi.com”.
- Try performing the search by logging in directly to your inbox via your email provider's website (i.e. yahoo.com, gmail.com, etc..) rather than a third-party mail app (i.e. iOS Mail app, Outlook, etc..).
- Add “support@blockfi.com” to your inbox’s address book and request your withdrawal again. Doing so will generate a new code into your email.
- Try searching for the email on a different device.
