Prior to contacting our support team to close your account, please complete the following:
- If you have an active BlockFi Account, please withdraw all of your remaining funds. Here is how you can withdraw funds via ACH, Wire, and Crypto.
- Please log in to your account and download your complete Transaction History using these instructions as you will no longer have access to the file once the account is closed.
- If you are an active BlockFi Rewards Visa® Signature Card holder, please pay off the remaining balance as you will no longer be eligible for the BlockFi Rewards Card. You may do so by clicking the “Make a Payment” button or calling our partner Deserve at +1 (833) 426-0304 to make a payment over the phone with a Customer Service Representative.
- Note: Once complete, we will notify the Deserve team to close your Credit Card account and you can expect to hear from them in the following two business days.
