After placing a withdrawal request you will be prompted to enter a code sent to your email to complete the request. Please see the steps below if you are receiving an error message when entering in the withdrawal code.
- Ensure you are using your most recent code
- Confirm you are using the valid email address associated with your BlockFi account
- Use the code sent to your email address and NOT your authenticator code
- Update your mobile app and or mobile operating system
