Why is BlockFi’s Android app not working as expected?

The steps listed below can help troubleshoot various app-specific issues on Android:

• Common Android App Issues:
• Android app is crashing
• Pages within the app are not loading
• General degraded performance or latency issues in the app

• Troubleshooting:

1. 1. Delete the BlockFi app from your Android Settings: 
      • Settings > Apps > App Info > BlockFi > Uninstall
   2. Shut your phone down completely and restart it
   3. Enable cookies in your Android device’s default web browser:
      • Chrome > More > Site Settings > Cookies > Turn ON
   4. Download the latest version of the BlockFi mobile app from the Google Play store
