The steps listed below can help troubleshoot various app-specific issues on iOS:

- iOS app is crashing

- A “Platform Unavailable” error message is displayed when opening the app

- Troubleshooting:

- Delete the BlockFi app from your iPhone Settings:
- Settings > General > Storage > BlockFi > Delete App
- Shut your phone down completely and restart it
- Enable cookies in your iPhone’s default web browser:
- Settings > Safari > "Block All Cookies" should be OFF
- Download the latest version of the BlockFi mobile app from the App store
- Delete the BlockFi app from your iPhone Settings:
