Credit cards can only be shipped to the address associated with your BlockFi account. If you need to ship a card to a different address, you will first need to update the address on your BlockFi account by following the steps in this article: How do I change my profile information?
Note that the fastest way to get your new card is to see if you can access the card we already shipped. If you’re certain you will not be able to obtain the card, call our partner Deserve at +1 (833) 426-0304 so they can block the card to ensure it doesn’t end up in the wrong hands.
