Cards will be shipped to the address associated with your BlockFi account. If you need to ship a card to a different address you will need to update the address in your profile. If you request to update your mailing address within 30 days of account opening, you may be required to upload documents that verify your new address (like a lease, government ID, or utility bill) to help keep your account secure.
If you need a new card sent to a new address, follow the steps below:
- See if you can access the card we already shipped—this is the fastest way to get your new card. If you’re certain you won’t be able to get a hold of the card we already mailed, please email or call us. We’ll block it to make sure it doesn’t end up in the wrong hands.
- Update your address by emailing onboarding@blockfi.com
