Cards can only be shipped to the address associated with your BlockFi account. If you need to ship a card to a different address, you will need to first update the address in your BlockFi account profile.
Note that if you request to update your mailing address within 30 days of account opening, you may be required to upload documents that verify your new address (like a lease, government ID, or utility bill) to help keep your account secure.
If you need a new card sent to an updated address, follow the steps below:
- First see if you can access the card we already shipped—this is the fastest way to get your new card. If you’re certain you won’t be able to get a hold of the card we already mailed, please call our partner Deserve at +1 (833) 426-0304 during their business hours: Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm ET & Saturday from 10am-3pm ET. They will block the card to make sure it doesn’t end up in the wrong hands.
Update your address by logging into your account via the web version; navigating to the small black bubble at the top right of your screen; and choosing “Profile Settings."
