Cards will be shipped to the address associated with your BlockFi account. If you need to ship a card to a different address you will need to update the address in your profile. Changes to your profile can be made by emailing email@example.com. If you request to update your mailing address within 30 days of account opening, you may be required to upload documents that verify your new address (like a lease, government ID, or utility bill) to help keep your account secure.
If you need a new card sent to a new address, follow the steps below:
- See if you can access the card we already shipped—this is the fastest way to get your new card. If you’re certain you won’t be able to get a hold of the card we already mailed, please email or call us. We’ll block it to make sure it doesn’t end up in the wrong hands.
- Update your address by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
