BlockFi offers multiple payment options that will allow you to make your scheduled
payments. Some payment options may not be available to you based on your location.
U.S./Domestic Clients:
Pay with stablecoin: Transfer the amount needed into your BlockFi Wallet. At this time
BlockFi only accepts USDC, GUSD, and PAX as a form of payment1
- Process: Submit a support ticket here requesting to pay your scheduled payment amount. Please be sure to include the specific loan that the payment should be applied towards.
- Timing: Stablecoin payments are processed in three batches each day between 11am and 5pm EST. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a payment confirmation to the email address on file.
At this time the ability to submit stablecoin payments on your own, as well as the ability to set up recurring payments is not available. However, we can accommodate requests to add up to (3) of your upcoming installments into the payment queue. Payments added into the queue will be processed within 1-2 business days of your due date.
Wire: Initiate a wire transfer to Scratch to satisfy your monthly payment.
- Process: Login to your Scratch account to access the wiring instructions provided by Scratch. Once found, access your bank’s wiring portal to initiate the transfer to Scratch by using the instructions provided. The sender’s bank may charge a wiring fee which the sender is responsible for.
- Timing: Wires are typically processed within the same business day that they are received. Once processed, your outstanding interest balance will be updated and will reflect within your Scratch dashboard.
ACH: Initiate an ACH transfer to Scratch to satisfy your monthly payment.
- Process: Login to your Scratch account and initiate a payment directly from the dashboard. The payment will be drafted directly from the payment method on file. You can also set up autopay through the dashboard as well!
- Timing: ACH transfers are traditionally slower than wire transfers and typically take 3-5 business days to settle. Once processed, your outstanding interest balance will be updated and will reflect within your Scratch dashboard.

At this time we are unable to set up recurring payments. However, we can facilitate a
request to add any upcoming monthly payment into the payment queue. These payment
requests will be processed within 1-2 business days of your due date.

- Process: Our valued international clients will receive a monthly interest statement that will include a PDF document containing wiring instructions. If you are unable to locate the instructions within the attached, please contact our team by submitting a support ticket here. Once received, access your bank’s wiring portal to initiate the transfer to BlockFi by using the instructions provided. The sender’s bank may charge a wiring fee which the sender is responsible for.
