To clarify, the first and last name on your bank account must match the name on your BlockFi account exactly. If not, we will not be able to credit your account and the wire will be returned. If you’re sending from a Joint bank account please check to make sure the name on your BlockFi Account matches the primary account holder’s name. If not, you may need to provide a recent bank statement with all of the account holder names clearly listed.
