You can refinance your loan when the LTV has dropped below 35% for loans originated at 50% LTV, or below 20% for loans originated at 35% LTV. Additionally, the net new funding amount must be at least $10,000 or more.
You may want to refinance your loan to extend your loan’s maturity or if the price of crypto has gone up and you wish to draw more funds using the same amount of collateral.
Please note that we can not refinance loans originated at 20% LTV before the loan matures. At the end of the loan term you are able to extend the payoff balance for another year, or you can refinance the loan (at the end of the term only) if increasing the LTV from 20% to 35% or 50%. Additionally, all refinances are subject to an origination fee.
