2FA issues can be extremely frustrating but it is a vital part of account security. If you are coming across 2FA issues when attempting to login, some of these troubleshooting steps may help you.
- Please ensure the time on your computer (where you're logging in) is exactly synced with the time on your phone (that has the 2FA Authenticator)
- Be sure to attempt to sign in using both mobile and a desktop/personal computer, as well as attempting to use multiple browsers. (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, FireFox, Safari)
- Attempt to clear your Cookies & Cache on your mobile device and/or computer.
- If you're logging in on a computer, and your Authenticator App is on your mobile device, the time must be synced 100% between the devices.
