For an address change, we will require proof of residency reflecting your new address. The following are some examples of documents we accept in order to process the address change for your account. Please ensure that the documents are no older than 90 days.

Once you have the appropriate documentation reflecting your new address, please log in on your web browser (not mobile application) and navigate to Profile Settings to update your information.
Please note: If you have applied and been approved for a BlockFi Rewards Visa® Signature Card within the last 30 days, supporting proof of residency documentation must have been issued within the last 30 days. Documents issued over 30 days ago cannot be accepted for an address update if you have been approved for a BlockFi Rewards Visa® Signature Card within the last 30 days.
