Two-Factor Authentication is essential to your account because it allows you to log in and access your funds. In order to reset your 2FA enrollment, we will first need to verify your identity.
To proceed with this request:
- Return to BlockFi’s login page.
- Enter your login credentials.
- When prompted to enter your 2FA code, click the ‘Reset your 2FA’ link and enter your email address.
- You will then receive an email containing instructions to reset your 2FA.
NOTE: Please ensure you complete the required Identity Verification included in the email or your request will not be processed.
Upon successful completion and review, your account will be updated accordingly and you'll receive a confirmation email. This process may take 1-3 business days.
